Group Classes to Personal Training

Based on your lifestyle and needs your approach could include one of or a combination the following: Personal Training, I.D. programming, Group Strength & Conditioning or Nutrition Coaching. Our professional coaching team will be there to help you every step of the way with careful attention to detail. Our coaching philosophy is based on consistency and forming new habits. We want you to reach your goals in a safe and sustainable way. Small daily improvements over time are what lead to massive changes over a period of time.

Group Strength & Conditioning

Small class sizes of 10 people allow for more attention spent on each member. With a customized approach we put a twist on functional fitness. Gone are the days of using only barbells and a pull up bar. With a high intensity functional fitness routine in mind, we incorporate barbells, landmines, dumbbells and bands to get you to exactly where you need to be. Based on your initial assessment with us we will provide you with global constructs to ensure the right exercise variations are being incorporated into your strength and conditioning routine. You will can expect to improve your cardio, strength, and flexibility here. We place an emphasis on consistency so you get results you can maintain.

Personal Training

A completely customized approach to your health and fitness needs. Based on your assessment your coach will create a plan and take you through it with careful attention to form. You can see your programming one 1 week in advance. Programming is updated and progressed every week as needed based on your sessions the previous week. We use one on one training to help people with a variety of things including accountability, weight loss, muscle building, and getting out of pain.

I.D. Programming

Conquer Health and Performance is pleased to launch our I.D. (Individual Design) Programming. After your consult, assessment, and on ramp are complete this option might fit well on the journey towards your goals. Customized workouts are delivered straight to your inbox 3-5 days/week. These option can be a standalone option OR done in conjunction with personal training and/or group strength and conditioning.

Nutrition

Want to make a nutritional change, but not sure where to start? We provide a customized approach to nutrition that works with your lifestyle, current nutritional knowledge, and goals. We believe that there is no “cookie cutter” approach to nutrition, just as they is no “cookie cutter” approach to training. While some people do well with specific macro targets, others do well with a more habit based approach to nutrition.
